With a long-standing history of running women’s empowerment workshops, Farrah brings a unique blend of strength, compassion, and leadership to everything she does. Before founding Girls with Guns Australia, Farrah dedicated years to facilitating workshops that helped women step into their power—whether it was through self-empowerment training, confidence coaching, or mindset development. She saw first-hand how transformative it can be when women are given tools, knowledge, and a safe space to grow.

Wayne Lording brings a lifetime of expertise, precision, and leadership to Girls with Guns Australia as our Chief Range Officer. With more than three decades in the field, Wayne is a highly skilled weapons and firearms safety instructor, a certified range officer, and a world-class competitive shooter with both national and international accolades.
His extensive career spans tactical operations, safety instruction, and coaching the next generation of shooters. Wayne is widely respected for his professionalism, deep technical knowledge, and ability to create a calm, focused learning environment for shooters at all skill levels.
